Decision day for Britain

British election result tomorrow – there seems to be little belief that any party will tackle the real problems – the prospect of a hung parliament may open the door to electorlal change but right now a strong government with a clear manadate for action would be welcome news not only to Britain but to the rest of Europe which has more than enough problems of its own and does not need any more market uncertainty.
